By accessing and using pbsNet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• pbsNet is designed for PBS employees. Impersonation of other employees is strictly prohibited.

Use of Tools & Automation

Users of integrated tools (such as REBPBS Automation and Data3Fez) must comply with their respective guidelines. Unauthorized use of API keys or attempting to exploit the platform's security is a violation of these terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use pbsNet for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. This includes but is not limited to: uploading malicious code, spamming, or violating the privacy of other employees.

Disclaimer of Warranties

pbsNet is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to pbsNet at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified terms.
